Software Engineer (Senior)  8 – 10 Years

Should be good team player and have good communication skills

Should be good at taking initiatives and work with minimal supervision and hand holding

Should have the capability of converting abstract ideas into demonstrable prototypes with minimal  support

Should be well experienced with Java and J2EE Programming

Should have very good experience working with Relational Databases along with ORM tools

Should be well experienced with XML

Minimum requirements:

 1.       Candidates should be comfortable with Core Java basics i.e. OOAD concepts, java data structures, multi threading, IO etc

2.       Candidates should be comfortable with Database(s) concepts i.e. Database schema design, writing SQL queries and fine tuning SQL queries

3.       Candidates should be comfortable with ORM tools i.e. Hibernate or similar ORM tools, Create Hibernate mappings, design relationship mapping etc.

4.       Candidates should be comfortable with Core Java Design patterns.

5.       Candidates should have good knowledge of web application containers such as Tomcat.

6.       Candidates should be comfortable with XML concepts i.e. XML Schema design, XML

7.       Candidates should have good problem solving skills and good attitude.

8.       Candidates should have good knowledge of apache-camel.

9.       Candidates should have good knowledge of apache-servicemix

10.     Candidates should have good knowledge of Unix based systems

11.     Candidates should have strong knowledge of middle and lower layer java design and

programming

12.      Candidates should have strong J2EE object oriented web-based application development background.

13.      Candidates should have worked on all tiers of web based applications

14.      Candidates should have experience in helping lead a large-scale JAVA project.
