Administrative Assistant/Travel Coordinator (closed)
Our client, a leading digital media provider, is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join their team on a contract to hire basis. This position will not only be the face of the company to all clients and visitors but will also report directly to the COO to assist in multiple projects. Daily responsibilities will include entering of all new sales agreements into their database, scheduling all travel, coordinating and setting up training and in house meetings.
- Answering phones and transferring calls to the appropriate employees
- Greeting visitors
- General office admin (copying, filing, faxing)
- Mailings and FedEx
- Ordering office supplies
- Data entry
- 2-5 years of office administrative experience required
- Detailed oriented
- Exceptional oral and written communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with travel coordination
- Associate’s degree in business administration preferred
