Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), founded in 1981 as a certified women owned minority business that specializes in Enterprise IT Staffing Services, has immediate opening for a New Business Sales Manager to manage captive accounts and develop new business in the market. .
SGA is a national recruiting business headquartered in New York with secondary locations that include Chicago, IL, Columbus, OH, Raleigh, NC and Tampa, FL. SGA is aggressively targeting expansion in these and other national markets. .SGA is looking for the exceptional individual who has an entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated success in opening and developing new business. Applicants should demonstrate strong ability to prospect clients, build contact lists and cold call. Desired characteristics include strong attention to detail, ability to set priorities and multi-task. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. The ideal candidate is a `go-getter` with a nose for business and exceptional abilities to manage a volume of business within the lifecycle of a close Knowledge of the staffing industry and technology recruiting experience will be a definitive plus.
Candidates will be provided necessay training out of our New York location with paid accommodations, transportation and a food allowance. This opportunity will then be fulltime working out of a established Chicago office.
SGA offers a competitive compensation plan including salary, high, un-capped commissions, paid expenses, holidays, vacation, and medical benefits. In addition, SGA maintains a quarterly bonus program that is contingent on mutually agreed sales goals.
