Database Support Analyst (closed)
This is a new brand new position that is available due to growth. Our client is in the technology industry and they have developed a new product that has landed a few large contracts and expanded their business ten-fold.
The new contracts with partners and clients have greatly increased the amount of data flow taking place. This influx of incoming data has caused issues to arise within the database as well as the other systems that are connected to the database. The purpose of this position is to troubleshoot these issues (using SQL, PL/SQL, etc.) as well as prioritize other problems by collaboration with the Sr Systems Engineer and DBA.
Strong background in Tier II/III ticket troubleshooting
Database coding (SQL, PL/SQL) experience
Technical support experience for Linux and Windows operating systems and servers
Data Analysis background is a huge plus!
Network experience with Cisco or Juniper technologies
Interview times have been established for the week of 4/30 - 5/4.
