Job Description

Our top client, a world leader in its industry is currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to add to their growing team.

In an office environment, you will be responsible for:

Providing excellent support to their internal and external business customers 
Answering clients inquiries
Taking and processing orders
Providing quotes and shop drawings
Process debit/credit and returns
Respond to dealer request and delivery status
Assisting with shipments and proper documents
Build loads of product for shipment
Complete cross-boarder paperwork
Any other duties as required

The ideal candidate will possess: 

Fluently Bilingual in French and English
Previous order desk/inside sales experience
A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Post-Secondary education
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
A friendly attitude, a team player and a quick learner is essential
