The Cadence Principal Trainer is to take the lead in the development and implementation of the learning program for Cadence. They will work closely with the Application Coordinators during design, build and validation to identify and develop the needed end-user training. The Cadence Principal Trainer will be responsible for creating and maintaining training data and testing the training environment, as well as developing and maintaining training materials. The Cadence Principal Trainer will train additional Trainers within the organization, maintain policy/procedure documentation, coordinate logistics and timing of classes and class registrations, provide training for new hires, and coordinate training for new software releases and updates.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must be Epic certified and have 3+ years of experience in a healthcare provider organization. 3 previous Epic Cadence CERTIFIED Principle Trainer engagements.  Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required. Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design preferred. Strong presentation/facilitation skills/public speaking experience required; experience in training or learning environment desirable. Strong leadership, organizational, team building and project management skills required.
