Recruitment Manager - Oil & Gas (closed)
Brunel Energy are the largest global supplier to the Oil and Gas industry, recruiting both contract and permanent staff for our clients, operating from 38 countries across the globe, supporting some of the largest Oil and Gas exploration and production companies, EPC's and Consultancy clients throughout the world.
This position will work closely with the global network of Brunel's offices to set up and manage our office in London.
Independently and pro-actively generating and combining international assignments/vacancies and candidates within the own region/branch and within the objectives formulated in the sales plan in order to accomplish the turnover and margin objectives and to enhance the market share of Brunel Energy.
Analysing the international market and its developments and translating the same in your own area of attention/region into concrete actions/plans in consultation with the Commercial Manager, in order to develop and attract new business and candidate markets.
? Analysing and staying informed about the international oil & gas (employment) market and its developments and anticipating the same;
? Initiating and coordinating commercial and recruitment actions;
? Entering into cooperation agreements with customers and external parties;
? Concluding Supplier Agreements with customers (volume agreements);
? Preparing/taking care of bringing in tenders.
Taking care of the organisation, management and expansion of a personal, active, customer and candidate database within the objectives formulated in the sales plan in order to enhance the market share of Brunel Energy Europe in the relevant region/branch.
? Examining new markets;
? Organising and expanding an international network;
? Translating contacts into concrete business;
? Moving assignments to the Global Recruitment Centre (GRC).
Recruitment and selection
Coordinating together with GRC for the acquired and yet to be acquired assignments in accordance with the formulated profile and objectives in the sales plan in order to reach a match as effective and efficient as possible.
? Initiating/organising recruitment activities (in cooperation with colleagues and GRC);
? Managing a structured and adequate candidate database;
? Coordinating the candidate flow;
? Making an inventory of the wishes and needs of the customer.
You will have experience in coaching, mentoring and developing staff and teams of Recruiters. You will have a background in the development of teams, either as an experienced Recruiter or Team Leader.
