Position Overview:**TAX MANAGER**
Our client is a rapidly growing technology company who is hiring due to growth! They are looking for a **TAX MANAGER** to join their San Fernando Valley office. This role can pay up to $90k and offers tremendous growth and exposure to Sr. Management. Primary Responsibilities

Prepare the Company's consolidated provision for income taxes under ASC 740 and related footnote disclosures

Manage the preparation and review of federal consolidated and state income tax returns, including information returns for foreign subsidiaries, including extensions and estimates

Assist with the forecast of the worldwide effective tax rate calculations

Assist with FIN 48 documentation.

Assist with international tax management

Assist with federal and state income tax audits

Assist with SOX compliance for Tax department

Participate in special projects

Develop and maintain knowledge of federal income tax laws and current developments relating to the industry

Supervise one headcount

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
. Certified Public Accountant-REQUIRED
. 4+ years of big4 public accounting
. Tax provisions experience - REQUIRED
. Commitment to successfully perform job responsibilities
. High energy, ability to perform multiple projects, in addition to normal activities
. Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
