10 years of strong IT experience with Oracle Technology tools, 3-5 years in Fusion Middleware

- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with 11g JDeveloper and ADF, ADF Faces, ADF Task Flow, and ADF Business Components. 

- Experience in design, development of UIs using ADF with BPM for business process design and development
- Experience in integration using Oracle SOA 11g
- Provide and manage the technical scope related to composite application development. Work with the solution architect to design the system. 
- Implementation of multi-tier enterprise applications in Java and Java EE. 
- Hands on experience on designing end to end projects using Oracle ADF/BPM/SOA technologies. 
- Knowledge in PL/SQL and stored procedures, as applicable to ADF 11g usage. 
- Good understanding on XML and web services. 
- Knowledge with ADF Security and WebLogic Security. 
- Knowledge in using Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle WebLogic Server 11g including WLS domain concepts and Oracle Database 11g. 

Others:-

- Should be familiar with Onsite/Offshore Development Model

- This position is expected to play an onsite lead role and will work with Offshore Teams

- Responsible for estimation, scheduling and delivery of assigned tasks

- Must be hands-on and should be able to design and develop applications independently

- Should have consulting experience with good communications and client interaction skills
- Should be available to start work on the project immediately.
