Requirements

• Must have 4 Year Nursing Degree
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
• 3 years of Charge or Unit Manager experience

Position Summary

Manager of Med/Surg/ICU has twenty-four responsibility and accountability for the 106 bed inpatient medical units. The Manager utilizes knowledge derived from bilogical, physical, and social sciences to manage the delivery of patient care

Responsibilities Include:

Clinical Management, Performance Improvement Research, Human Resources/Financial Management, Communication/Patient/Guest Relations, Professional Practice/Professional Development and Productivity.
