Regional Senior Manager, Human Resources (closed)
As the Regional Senior Manager of Human Resources, you will be responsible for building and leading regional human resources function to align people and the organization programs with the strategic business objectives of HGV. The position is also responsible for Consultative Coaching, Team Member Relations, Union Management, Leadership Development, compliance with applicable laws and company policies and practices, Organization Design and workforce planning, Talent Management, Team member Engagement and Culture, Compensation and Talent Acquisition. Responsible for growing the business, providing support mechanisms to build strong teams and attract and retain talent and for directing the leadership necessary to achieve the Regional short term and long term objectives.
• Minimum of ten (10) years Human Resources experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions
• Minimum of three (3) years experience managing HR function at multiple sites
• Minimum of three (3) years experience managing Manager Level roles
