There are a lot are more open PHP / Senior Developer jobs than people, so one has to be creative in attracting the right candidates, so here goes -

Instead of laying out a typical job description, I figure I would tell you a little about what we're actually working on right now:

For a major retail client, using PHP, we built a private event retail site, based on a custom magento build.  We also built an alongside mobile site (HTML5 and all the other cool stuff). At some points, we were seeing 40 orders/second and over 400 simultaneous users.

Another current project utilizes a magento back end and a native Ipad component.

Many of our projects have included drupal-based content management systems, so drupal is also a core technology.

We have all sorts of projects going on, so aside from PHP, we look for: Java, IOS, etc...
