 Experience/Qualifications Required:

• Five years of successful Multi-unit management experience
• Complete understanding and the ability to manage Full Profit & Loss Responsibility
• Ability to teach, coach and motivate store teams in all aspects of profitable store operations
• Strong merchandising presentation skills
• A professional desire to be successful
• Fluency in both English and Spanish a plus
