Detailed Description of position/ roles and responsibilities:

Recovery Management team working night shift. Their responsibilities will include, driving recovery teams on calls, coordinating next steps to resolve ongoing outages, Send out Executive alerts, be able to articulate the impact to the customer, provide actions being taken and answer any questions that the account team and customer may have during the outage. I'm looking for a person that has great communication skills, verbal/written and is a organized person. Technical skills are a plus. The person has to be onsite in RTP.

Operations experience and has experience working shift work that would be a plus. If they have technical experience that is key in this position.
