The Senior Training & Organizational Development Consultant II is responsible for complex Training & Organizational Development related projects and applicable Training and Organizational Development initiatives.  The incumbent leads, directs, and provides guidance to Direct Reports and other Training and Organizational Development Consultants as well as HR Client partners, Assigned Internal Clients, Managers, Tech Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and External Vendors regarding the application and integration of training and organizational development philosophies, techniques, technologies and initiatives.   As a part of the Training and Organizational Development leadership team, this role is accountable for working with all levels of management and delivering significant, measurable value to organization clients through process improvement, leadership methods and organizational effectiveness techniques.  The incumbent is responsible for initiating and leading client needs assessments, assessing feasibility/cost benefit analysis and recommending results driven, cost-effective solutions.  These can include both internal developed solutions as well as external/3rd party vendor solutions.  Areas of expertise will include talent management, leadership development, career development and project and change management.  The successful candidate must be able to work independently and cross-functionally throughout the organization, as well as with internal HR business partners and clients from senior management to frontline employees; ensuring alignment with the organizations vision, strategies, critical competencies, staffing needs, and performance expectations -- delivering results driven, cost-effective solutions.
