 SAP HR Lead Consultant, Baku - Azerbaijan

Duration: Long term – starts with 8 months implementation, potential – 2 yrs

Responsibilities:

• Implementation experience including leading the Business blue print phase
• Solid grounding in common business practices, policies and procedures in the HR areas
• Strong fundamentals & proven experience in areas of SAP HCM recruit to retire processes such as Talent management, self services and HR E- Solutions MSS/ ESS portal.
• Enterprise compensation management (payroll, Benefits etc.) e-learning solution, Travel and Expense Management.

Requirements:

• Full life cycle implementing SAP (ideally in CPG environment), one at least as Team Lead
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
• Familiar with international project/business environment
• Need to be able to communicate with Business at all levels
• Training skills, coordination experience
• Strong team player
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 in the area of expertise
• Ability to drive design discussions including conducting Conference Room Pilots, decision papers and process definition documents
