Principle have been retained by our client a global hi-tech company who are fast becoming the leaders within their field to source Technical Support candidates for their dynamic call centre in Dublin.
The role will involve working within a small team environment of 10 colleagues and providing a superior level of support to Blue chip and medium sized clients based in Ireland & the UK. In addition resolving technical queries you will also be required to deliver training to clients and become involved in the initial stages of setting up and testing their account. On average you will take 40 calls per day. Full training and continuous support will be provided.
The day to day environment is dynamic, fast paced and fun. The company work with leading edge technologies and continuously improve and change their systems and processes.
- 1-3 years’ experience within a customer focused technical support role
- 3rd level qualification in IT or a related discipline (essential)
- Strong aptitude for technology
- Interested in developing your technical career further – over a short period of time.
- Fluent English is essential
Attractive base salary based on level of experience (20k-30k) along with a high performance related bonus, on the job training and continuous training and development.
