IT/PMO Support Analyst (closed)
My client, a global system integrator, is looking to enhance their onsite teams with an established client in the banking sector. We are looking to recruit PMO contractors based in London. The initial contract lengths are 3 months although very likely to be extended to 6 or 9 months+. There is a requirement for immediate starts.
Summary of Job Purpose:
Provide project support activities including Logistics and Secretariat services for all the IT projects
Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting Agenda creation
* Attendee list creation and initiation
* Venue bookings (including booking refreshments, video, con phone, projectors etc.)
* Arranging of travel requests for attendees within the constraints of the clients policies
* Coordinating delivery of papers via email
* Minute taking of meetings
* Distribution of actions
Job requirements:
* Excellent communication skills(Oral, written)
* Ability to interpret information to identify key action points
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and adhoc travel required to nearby locations where meetings are typically held
* Disciplined work approach including the ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining high level of accuracy
* Preferable to have SDLC lifecycle understanding of IT projects and on PMO services that are typically required to support IT projects
* Senior stakeholder management skills
* Experience in customer service environment, experience in providing logistics and secretariat services
* Travel will be required to attend meetings in nearby locations
Qualifications:
* Relevant degree (desirable)
