A high-end fashion and luxury goods group is looking for an HR Specialist to join their team. With over 100 stores worldwide the organizations offers products in apparel, accessories, eyewear, watches, fragrances and home interiors. Responsibilities:

• Perform all-round HR duties; recruitment, orientation, training and development, compensation & benefits
• Support HK & China in C&B operations from MPF, taxing filing and returns, employee insurance, budgeting, salary benchmarking and review
• Handle recruitment duties and coordination for Taiwan office, inclusive of monthly headcount report
• Maintain HRIS system and administration of personnel data
• Support culture and change management
• General office administration and management

Requirements:

• University graduate in HR or related discipline
• 3-4 years solid experience as HR generalist
• Well-versed in Hong Kong and China Labour Ordinance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Pro-active with strong communication skills
• Background in retail/FMCG preferred
• Good command of both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability  preferred
