Façade Engineer / Consultant – ALL LEVELS *** HONG KONG & SHANGHAI

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

An award-winning international engineering firm with a recognized and esteemed global reputation is looking to expand their team of Façade Consultants and Engineers.

You will be based in Hong Kong and work on projects all over the Asia Pacific region and China.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-       Conduct structural analysis

-       Façade design and detailing

-       Conduct engineering calculations

-       Inspections and reporting.

You will have a solid background within Façade engineering and design. You will inject tenacity and ideas to complex structural issues and challenging projects from a Façade point of view. You will be technically competent in providing innovative design solutions and be able to effectively communicate ideas in verse and drawings.

With a degree in either civil/structural engineering or a relevant discipline and strong knowledge of computer analysis packages will be essential as well as being able to understand the balance of priorities on differing projects whilst developing successful relationships with other team members.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

-       Degree in Civil, Structural or Architecture

-       Fluency in written and spoken English

-       Experience in design and construction of curtain walling systems

-       Ability to exercise excellent time management skills and work to tight deadlines

-       Ability to communicate ideas, designs and solutions

-       Proficient knowledge in design using various materials

-       ALL LEVELS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
