Our client, with a proven record of consistently growing above 20% annually, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join their accounting team.  This is a medium-sized organization that offers you a great deal of variety and direct interaction with executive leaders.

The Senior Revenue Accountant will be looked upon as the resident expert on revenue recognition, working closely with the sales and legal teams to understand pricing terms and contract language in order to calculate proper revenue recognition in compliance with EITF 08-1.  You will also assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities (journal entries, account reconciliations, ad-hoc analysis) and work towards developing and implementing best practices/internal control compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance

3+ years of experience

Solid analytical, decision-making and technical accounting skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

CPA and/or publicly traded company experience preferred
