Are you a strategic marketing leader who loves to stay ahead the game? Do you bring proven skills taking consumer brands to the next level via leveraging the latest forms of marketing? Do you have experience sharing a brand’s story leveraging video and other marketing tactics? This is a newly created position- Director of Brand Content available via one of the world’s largest brand design to help them share their story globally. Up for the challenge? The Director of Brand Content will take ownership of look & feel of the brand, across a mix of marketing assets, including the development and delivery of those that the worldwide team puts forth as an expression of the brand.
-Creating & implementing a uniquely iconic brand style across the marketing communications touch points for the company
-Identifying opportunities to improve the resonance and relevance of brand’s marketing communications via content that we develop and drive
-Establishing a consistent style guide for regions and countries to utilize to leverage the developed iconic approach and the desired brand personality.
-Providing strategic guidance and input on Brand Experience evolution and opportunities for brand to innovate via brand experiences
-Plays a key role in the development of all Brand Experience deliverables (event design, retail experiences, social media editorial calendars and more)
-Responsible for establishing communication and training plans for each regions, country and local agency to fully embrace and adopt the new brand experience elements within their locally developed content.
-Close integration with global digital teams and others who are developing elements of the ‘face of brand” to the customer.
-Acts as Brand Experience ‘champion’ within broader design community
-Responsible for development of branded content strategy planning toolkit
-Brand experience evangelist, helps drive companywide understanding of the importance of a brand personality and the need for consistency in implementation of it.
-Considerable experience covering all aspects of brand management
-Hands on experience and ability with actual design and deliverables development
-Highly developed strategic design skills and branded content creation
-Ability to lead thinking processes with a view to getting buy-in from colleagues at all levels
-Background in brand management or brand marketing preferred
-Experience designing and developing video and digital design content
-Ability to work independently and with initiative
-Excellent English comprehension and writing skills and extreme tact in interpersonal dealings
-Willingness to flex hours to work across time zones
