COLLECTIONS MANAGER!!! Do you have extensive CONSUMER Collections experience, specifically in the AUTO industry?!? Do you like the idea of supervising a team of up to four professionals?!? If yes, Robert Half Finance & Accounting has an awesome opportunity for you! We are assisting an organization located in the Kansas City metro area in their search for a Collections Manager. Job duties for the Collections Manager position include, but are not limited to: Administering/enforcing credit and collections policies and procedures; evaluating credit risk; developing goals to reduce write-offs; managing the relationships with third party collection agencies; hiring/training/supervising credit staff; and, working with multiple departments.
Job requirements for the Collections Manager position include, but are not limited to: Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred); at least five years' CONSUMER Collections experience, specifically in the AUTO industry; strong communication skills; desire to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent knowledge of CONSUMER collection laws, and the ability to lead/mentor a team.
