Required Skills:

5+ years Java/J2EE enterprise level development in Unix environment

4+ Front End development (AJAX, CSS, JSF, Richfaces as some examples)

3+ years enterprise Portal Development (Websphere Portal highly preferred, but WebLogic, JBoss, or other opensource will be okay)

Preferred Skills (they should probably have one of these things to be considered a very strong candidate):

Websphere Portal  highly preferred

WID  nice to have

JSR 286  highly preferred (this is a Portal Standard that crosses all products/tools)

Rational Application Developer (RAD)  highly preferred

 Complete Description:

Responsibilities include performing analysis, design, development, and testing activities in a dynamic environment. This person will become a part of a SOA development team responsible for both portal and application integration development using IBM Websphere technologies. We are building applications that utilize an Enterprise Service Bus architecture with web services. This person is expected to become the primary project leader and developer for the portal layer although they will be expected to contribute across all of the applications.
