What you’ll be doing…

As an IT Project Manager / Analyst, you will be a key part of our organization’s continued IT infrastructure growth planning and execution. You will be responsible for managing multiple parallel projects including office and data center space built outs, 3rd party evaluations, product design and implementation, vendor and budget management.  Some of the things you’ll be doing include…

• Managing projects from start to finish which includes working with customers to understand business goals and generating requirements documentation
• Writing functional specifications and preparation of wireframes for custom software development projects
• Driving research and evaluation of 3rd party software & hardware offerings
• Managing a matrixed team of diverse resources and driving the team to project completion
• Working with the IT leadership team to manage our budget and forecasting process
• Working with the leadership team to prioritize projects and participate in the project intake process

Who you are…

• Domain.  Deep understanding of project management, software development lifecycles (agile and waterfall), and business analysis
• Educated.  You have a BS in Management and Information Systems, and even better an MBA
• Experienced. You have been in an IT PM/Analyst role for 5 or more years
• Highly Technical.  You understand IT infrastructure and can lead design and planning meetings
• Numerically Savvy. You can’t wait to work with FP&A to keep us on budget and build tools to make the budget process easier   
• Problem Solver.  You have an inquisitive mind and always ask WHY and HOW
• Agile.  You are a planner and can roll your sleeves up to get things done 
• Data Rock Star. You have a passion for data, reporting, and working with Tableau's products
• A True Team Player. You have the willingness to jump in where and when you are needed, and the experience and professionalism required to meet your objectives
