Qualifications: Qualifications Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree • A minimum of 2 years of analytics and/or project management or equivalent experience • Excellent quantitative skills • Expert knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML and Access • Working knowledge of SAP Desired Qualifications • Working knowledge or experience with Salesforce.com • Strong interpersonal skills, a team focus, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams • A strong problem solver, possesses a “can do” attitude, able to create a roadmap for him/herself, produces high-quality deliverables, and able to adapt given the ever-changing environment. • Able to foster cooperation and partnerships internally and externally • Highly organized, pays attention to details, and able to self-manage activities • A strong working knowledge of communications, project management and workforce development • Utility industry experience

Responsibilities: Position Summary This position is responsible for the analytics and data reporting for PowerPathway Programs. • Developing qualitative and quantitative analytics that accurately track and report the status of PowerPathway Program students and graduates • Defining metrics and creating dashboards to provide both high-level snapshots and detailed views of PowerPathway Program successes and areas of opportunity • Collaborating with internal Recruiting, Workforce Planning and lines of business to proactively identify opportunities for hires within our database of PowerPathway Program graduates • Updating the PowerPathway internal and external websites • Supporting the development of strategies and driving the successful implementation of workforce development programs that meet business needs and stakeholder commitments • Providing research for benchmarking and special projects on workforce development • Maintaining and supporting the development of management presentations

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 2 years of analytics and/or project management or equivalent experience

• Working knowledge of SAP
