Job Description

A Talascend client in Mobile, AL has an upcoming need for a bilingual Project Equipment/Materials Expediter.

This position will be based in Mobile, AL and will require up to 25% travel to Brazil. Candidates must be proficient in both English and Portuguese.

The ideal candidate will have a strong construction/project background, understand the project life cycle from detail engineering through construction, have excellent computer/communication skills (SAP skills a plus) and a sense of urgency and perseverance toward their job. They must be able to call/email vendors, make them understand the importance of an on time delivery, and track the delivery to the job site.

Candidates must have 5-10 years in project management with a focus on planning and materials expedition. Only candidates who are fluent in English AND Portuguese will be considered as this position requires talking with vendors and project members in Brazil.
