Partner Staffing is currently working to find a talented Senior Joint Venture Administrator.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 6-7 Joint Venture Administrators
Co-ordinate and ensure the timely processing of mail ballots, AFEs, correspondance and other related stakeholder information.
Provide support to the Joint Venture Accounting Representatives.
Workflow development and maintenance.
Data integrity of the Joint Venture database and related department reporting.
Co-ordinate responsibilities and train staff
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional individual and possess the following qualifications:
7 years Oil and Gas Industry Experience with a minimum of 3 years direct experience as a Joint Venture Administrator.
Natural leadership skills
Excellent time management, organization and communication skills.
Experience with AFE Navigator system and Microsoft Office.
