Qualifications

We are looking for ethical, aggressive, and experienced mortgage professionals that have demonstrated strong performance results in selling purchase money mortgage transactions. You must have a proven track record with a strong pipeline of contacts including realtors, builders and other referral sources. You need to have the realistic ability to close 5 - 6 loans a month under current market conditions. This is not a starter position; we will train the company process but expect qualified candidates to hit the ground running.
