Top Biopharmaceutical client here in Massachusetts seeking experienced MRP Implementation Specialist. This individual will be responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining the international business material planning and supplier scheduling process that will adhere to the exceptional standards as set by the organization. 1) Lead meetings to update plans, identify resources and maintain progress toward organizational goals on a regular basis and as needed. 2) Implement and develop common data definitions, databases and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for material planning and supplier scheduling processes. 3) Measure compliance to standards and create countermeasures for improvement with the responsible business units or sites. 4) Develop/ maintain ongoing training program to support the advancement of all personnel involved in material planning and supplier scheduling. 5) Plan, coordinate and track task-specific training of all involved in material planning and supplier scheduling processes (including order entry, sales and product planning, new product development, demand planners and finance).

Requirements: 10+ years’ experience in material planning and supplier scheduling. Have manufacture or engineering background industry with experience managing Material & Supply Chain at multiple locations (International experienced preferred). Need to have implemented material planning and supplier scheduling systems, VMI, kanban and experience in project management, Lean or Six Sigma.

Travel: up to 20%

Preferred: Implementing Class A Standards, APICS and/or ISM certifications, MBA, BioPharma industry experience
