Pronexia is an exclusive headhunting firm representing small and medium-sized businesses in Montreal. We are highly selective with the accounts we take on and the candidates we represent. Our client roster includes: top e-commerce firms, one of the most visited web-site in the world, a high end interior design firm, most sought-after marketing agencies, one of Montreal’s most respected financial consulting firms, a publishing house, a manufacturer that is revolutionizes the security industry, among many other exciting companies. We do not take on temporary mandates, we do not staff call centers and we work exclusively with companies that we are passionate about ourselves.
The business is booming and our small team is growing. Will you be our next hire?
In this role, you will:
- Identify companies you would like to represent for their recruitment needs
- Contact potential clients via cold calling and following up
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to introduce Pronexia’s edge, recruitment solutions and methodology
- Negotiate pricing
- Work closely with the recruitment team to fill open mandates
- Manage accounts that you opened up (there will be no accounts that go to house – you will keep every single client you bring in)
- Attend networking events as well as conferences to build your connections and list of contacts

Here is what it will take to land the job and be part of our team:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Flawless command of either English or French and intermediate understanding of the 2nd language
- 1-3 years of sales experience (B2B ideally)
- Personality, personality, personality – we are looking for someone who is quirky, passionate about life, interesting, driven and ambitious. It is your personality and your hobbies & interests outside of work that will make you unique and interesting to us.
