Candidates should possess the basic skills below:

* 2 Year degree in technology related field

* Any certifications such as A+, MCSE, MCP, etc... is a big plus

* Technical support and call center experience

* Person must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts. (some shifts available from home)

* Any experience with SQL or IIS (Web pages) is a big plus!!!
