Berean Group is seeking QA Test Analyst

Location: Everett, WA

Duration: 9 Months Contract

Must be US Citizen/ GC Holder

Job Description:
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Design and implement performance and stress tests, unit tests, UI tests, bug tracking and documentation. Create ad-hoc testing tools as required by the team. Design and implement automated build schedules, code check-in policies. Proactively analyze and troubleshoot potential code / service problems during development phase. Interact with Business Analysts and the user community during the development process. Produce all technical documentation and design using modeling tools.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 5+ years experience testing enterprise software and systems (automation frameworks, test case automation, automation debugging/analysis)
• 3+ years SDET Experience
• 3+ years C# / ASP.NET / WCF
• 5+ years SQL / T-SQL experience
• Experience with Test Automation Tools
• Experience with Visual Studio TFS (test suite including load test feature is highly desirable)
• Solid engineering practices in design, coding, and testing
• Passion for testing and quality assurance
• Strong communication both verbal and written, excellent organizational skills, proven experience in collaboration with teams to achieve end result
• Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environment to deliver requirements on specified dates
• Work very well independently, with strong self-direction and initiative, as well as within a team structure
• Experience with SDLC process and required documentation

Education/Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  5+ years ASP.NET, C#, .NET web services testing/development experience

Other Skills and Competencies :

Required:

• General knowledge of desktop / server hardware
• General knowledge of and experience using IIS 6 or 7 on Windows Server 2003 or later

Desired:

• Experience writing and deploying WCF web services
