Cutting - Sewing Manager

Our client is a fast growing company in the outdoor / leisure products industry. They are rapidly growing and will be adding two new facilities in the next 12 to 24 months. They recently moved into a brand new, state of the art facility. They are the largest manufacturer of their type in the industry. Opportunities for growth are outstanding!

This is a highly automated facility utilizing overhead Eton Conveyor Systems and CNC Cutting.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Extensive cutting and sewing experience. Eton Conveyors - Gerber Cutters
• Experience with automated cutting, sewing, and hanging
• Ability to manage at least 50 people
• Production focused, efficient mindset
• Motivator, leader of teams. Desire and potential to become a Plant Manager in the future
