HRIS Business Analyst (closed)
The HRIS Business Analyst, Benefits Administration will serve as a business analyst for the planning, development, and implementation of various Benefits projects, as well as other HRIS initiatives.The HRIS Business Analyst is responsible for analysis and design of CONNECT (PeopleSoft) business solutions and provides expertise and advice to internal customers regarding the use of CONNECT to assist with benefits-related business objectives and projects. Analyze HR systems functionality issues and review new releases, making corrections and updates as necessary to determine applicability.Develop testing methodologies and perform extensive testing on all systems modifications, updates, fixes, new releases, and information systems requirements (e.g., Disaster Recovery Testing).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Management Information Systems required; master’s degree preferred.Alternative education combination of AAS or HS diploma and six years of related experience will be considered.Certification as SPHR or HRIP preferred.Minimum of five years in HRIS with strong knowledge of Oracle/PeopleSoft Benefits Administration experience is required.
