Community Hospital based Emergency Medicine program is need of BC Emergency Medicine physicians to cover 8 and 9 hour shifts beginning in May, 2012. Hospital is within a close proximately of Boston and Providence, Rhode Island.
Available shifts are: 7am -3pm / 1pm – 10pm / 4p – 12 am / 10 7p – 7am. As well as Express Care coverage from 10am – 10pm. Single Shifts: 7a-1p; 3p-4p and 12a-7a Double shifts: 1p-12a

Facility averages approximately 40K patients per year and most major specialties are represented. Major trauma is stabilized and transferred. Locums tenens physicians can expect to see 2 patients per hour, with a 20% admission rate from the main Emergency Room. Hospital privileges average 2-3 months for processing.
