Experience Required

- Intermediate knowledge of SVN, SQL (Oracle), Unix/Linux commands and KSH scripting.

- Intermediate knowledge of the following web development languages (HTML, PHP, PERL, and Javascript)

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Bamboo and other tools within the Atlassian suite (Fisheye, JIRA) is a plus. 

- Experience with Tuxedo is a plus. 

- Basic knowledge of Cloud technology is a plus. 

- Knowledge of IBM’s Business Process Manager (BPM) tool suite is a plus. 

- Ability to manage and coordinate the work of others

- Experience in planning, implementing, testing, and trouble-shooting systems software. 

- To identify, diagnose, and facilitate the resolution of environment support issues and build errors 

- To perform work in support of our project intake function. 

- To perform work in support of our continuous improvement initiatives. 

- To work independently and prioritize work with minimal supervision. 

- To communicate clearly and effectively. 

- To learn quickly and adapt in a face paced support environment. 

- Experience in forming relationships with internal customers. 

- Experience working with system design and implementation in specific areas, including networking/database management / email, security. 

- Experience in the development methodologies, database & systems architecture concepts, and fully conversant in technologies used by WAG. 

- Ability to work independently and prioritize work with minimal supervision. 

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. 

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a face paced support environment.
