Special Counsel's Washington DC office is working with several AmLaw 100 Washington D.C. firms seeking tax attorneys with 2+ years of experience.  The associate positions involve handling complex domestic and international tax planning and transactions.  Successful candidates will have large law firm or accounting experience and excellent academic credentials from a top law school.  LLM and/or background in  state & local tax, energy transactions, foreign tax issues or tax exempt organizations is desirable.
