Position Summary:

Sound Advice Consulting Services is working with an online ecommerce fashion startup, whose mission is to offer a simple, online solution in wholesale fashion buying. They are looking for a Front End Software Engineer to join a highly successful, well-funded and very rapidly growing company. An ideal candidate has strong PHP / OOP expertise. Direct experience with an online, fashion start-up is a HUGE plus.

Experience:   

·         Tackle complex problems and identify new ways to build extensible technology platforms that will support sophisticated product search, social networking and global transactions

·         Push code to production within weeks of completion and QA testing

·         Demonstrate passion for the product and for delivering a best-in-class, innovative and engaging, user experience

Qualifications

·         Strong knowledge of the web stack

·         Extensive experience in web application development and OOP

·         Strong technical skills in PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS

·         Experience with an MVC framework

Education: Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent
