• Developing, maintaining and communicating Enterprise Architecture Framework which includes: target and reference architectures, roadmaps, position statements, standards and strategic whitepapers
• Assist in the development of future state IT strategy through coordination of the development of long-term IT plans, tied closely to business strategies and objectives
• Partner with domain architects and business analysts as subject matter experts for the development of new strategies and standards
• Provide guidance and education regarding enterprise architecture
• Work closely with Solution Design to ensure project adherence to the defined reference architecture
• Participate in the architecture review process for new projects to ensure alignment with standards and strategies
• Manage the relationship with external IT research providers and ensure maximizes the value of its investment in those research organizations
• Maintain the EA tools and processes required to deliver an effective enterprise architecture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related Information Technology Field
• 10+ years of direct experience across several service areas in IT
• 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect
• Broad knowledge of Information technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the IT organization and achieve alignment
• Ability to clearly express complex issues through effective verbal and written communication
• Positive attitude, motivated, adaptable, and focused
