Role overview:
Teamsite, Live site, open deploy, Mediabin
Knowledge of Teamsite, livesite, mediabin, opendeploy
General administration.
Incident management,
Change and Release management.
ITIL trained.
Communicative, assertive as the person will be in close contact with other support teams (webserver teams, unix/linux teams, peoplesoft competence centre…)
Being able to coordinate releases between on site and offshore.
Being able to coordinate trouble shooting between on site and offshore.
Administrating Teamsite 6.7.2 (With Sitepublisher and LiveSite) ,OpenDeploy 6.2.1 , Mediabin 4.6.2, IDOL search .
Upgrading to teamsite 7 and Virage Mediabin.
Formerly used the Metatagger product too.
