Must have active OK. license or application already on Board of Nursing's desk- 2 YRS recent related experience with strong surgical floor nursing and have comfort level with telemetry. Must have completed and passed a telemetry course in recent work history - will be required to pass dysrrhythmia test upon start of assignment; MUST HAVE A PERM ADDRESS OVER 100 MILES FROM THE FACILITY.

Primarily on 34 bed General surgical/trauma/urology and telemetry floor. Fast paced unit with adult patients. General surgery includes abdominal / thoracic/urology/bariatric and trauma patients. Beds are telemetry wired. Will also be floating between several specialized medical and surgical units with tele beds.
