Sr. Design Verification Manager

Requirements/Qualifications (Education):

a. Minimum 12 to 14 years of experience in IP, Block, and SoC verification
b. In-depth knowledge of latest verification methodologies those include SystemVerilog based UVM, OVM, and/or VMM
c. Must have seen at least 3 entire life cycles of an SoC development program
d. Very strong people management
e. Strong hiring and retention skills
f. Very strong Technical Management – Technically sound, understand the technical problems at depth, provide solutions/guidance to very senior members and tech leads within the team
g. Very strong project management skills – Strong Planning and execution, Schedule mgmt, delivery mgmt, resource mgmt, cost mgmt, multiple customer support mgmt, regular progress tracking methods, risk mgmt
h. Ability to work with various other cross functional teams – Architecture, Program Management, Internal and External Customers, Emulation/Validation, Firmware, FAE and support teams, Operations teams
i. Domain knowledge of Flash, and SSD SoC is a plus
j. Domain knowledge of host protocols such as SATA, SAS, PCIe is a plus
