Gunther Douglas’ client is seeking a Network/Telecommunications Administrator for a 6 month contract opportunity in Colorado Springs, CO. The candidate will be on-site at the company’s headquarters and visit branch locations 1-2 days per week in the Colorado Springs/Southern Colorado area. In additiona, the candidate will ensure everything is running smoothly, diagram it, and show the technicians what they should troubleshoot.

Requirements: 

         Troubleshoot and resolve fax problems

         Troubleshoot and resolve port problems at the switch, demark, wall

         Install / Move Fax

         Install / Move Phone

         Train Service Desk and Infrastructure staff on these types of tasks

         Cisco-based experience
