Description:)Senior Staff Accountant

My client seeks an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to perform a wide variety of accounting duties in connection with the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and journal transactions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a closely related field and at least three years of accounting experience and be able to interview immediately.

 POSITION LOCATION:              Burlington

RESPONSIBILITIES:                

• Prepare month end journal entries in a timely manner in order to meet the close schedule.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with little supervision.
• Prepare year end schedules and assist with year-end audit.
• Assist with month end financial analysis as required
• Assist with preparation of monthly financial
• Performs other duties as needed or assigned

REQUIREMENTS:    

·               4 year degree in business, finance or accounting preferred

·               3+ years accounting experience

·               Go getter attitude

·               Good technical skills
