Executive Assistant in CEO's Office (closed)
The CEO’s office of a health care research and solutions company currently seeks applicants for the position of Assistant to two senior executives. The successful candidate will ensure the executives are well served and assist in operating their offices effectively. Interactions with all business and personal contacts must be graciously and cordially stewarded. Excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and a great sense of flexibility are required. Our opportunity is based in Washington, DC and is metro accessible.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree, with minimum 3.0 GPA
- 1 year of post-grad experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent academic record
- Must possess at least two of the following
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience in an office setting
- Experience communicating by e-mail, phone and in person with Senior Leaders

- Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities
- Ability to take initiative on projects
- Effective written communication
- Ability to provide objective upward feedback to managers
