Description

• Manage the development process from functional design up to implementation
• Manage and monitor the integration process with other internal and external systems
• Ensure controls and narratives are implemented and updated in line with latest developments
• Ensure all relevant user teams are fully trained in the use of their applications
• Perform quality assurance testing on all new software
• Monitor development progress and actively see and propose improvements on systems and procedures
• Assist both 2nd and 4th line support teams with issue investigation when needed

Minimum Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent is desirable
• Knowledge of Merchandising/Warehouse Management systems in retail
• Knowledge of enterprise operations procedures and policies
• Effective communicator and a strong planner
• Ability to accomplish assigned tasks with a minimum supervision
