Vice President - Oracle Solutions Practice
Global Consulting Firm is seeking a Vice President for their Oracle Solutions Practice – this executive will be expected to:
•Identify and lead business development opportunities and manage the account sales process and collaboration with other internal solution sales team members
•Lead and manage industry practitioners by providing strategic direction and fostering cross team collaboration.
•Translate organizational visions and strategies into specific and measurable goals for the Process Industry practice.
•Select and grow the right employees for team and individual assignments and influence others at all levels of the organization.
•Plan and execute by managing time, responsibilities and priorities.
•Delegate effectively, and provide an efficient consulting organizational structure.
Responsibilities will include:
The Vice President will primarily be accountable for developing new and existing client relations across one or more sub-segments of the Process Industry program (multiple Business laterals). In addition, this role will be responsible for components of practice management and leadership of the Firm’s Oracle Solutions Practice.
The candidate must have a strategic and conceptual understanding of the professional services business and end-to-end solution service offerings (such as ERP, CRM, SCM, and/or Strategic Services). Specific experience and knowledge of key industry enterprise applications such as SAP or Oracle is expected.

Requirements will include:
•15+ years combined experience with consulting engagements with global onshore/offshore consulting (top tier firm preferred)
•Candidate should possess a solid understanding of the current issues and pain points facing global Process Industry extending from suppliers to customers
•Candidate would have a personal “rolodex” and connections within Oracle companies that will be the foundation to building a business
•Candidate would be an accomplished public speaker and/or have multiple Oracle-networked relationships
•Has successfully managed $150M+ in annual global consulting services

•Proven track record of juggling business development, client side delivery and people management skills
