Medical Collector/In House Lien Rep

Qualifications:

Must have experience in Worker’s Compensation collections

Must have experience in filing liens with WCAB

Knowledge in Workers Compensation and ACOEM guidelines

Knowledge of Medical Provider Network process

Possess a professional demeanor with excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to work effectively with a wide range of personalities

Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimum supervision

Organized, detail oriented, motivated, and able to multi task

Excellent work ethic, reliable, and accountable

Be a proactive listener and is able to follow verbal and written instructions

Possess good decision making skills

Able to work independently and as a team

Some driving may be involved, if a board appearance is necessary

Must pass criminal background check and drug screening

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

One year paid work experience related to job requirements
