Sr. SAP Sales Director/VP - Irvine CA/Nothern California

We have fulltime position for Sr. Sales Director/VP in Northern and Southern California.

Job Description
The Director, Enterprise Sales will be responsible for the direction and management of sales and business development operations for all Enterprise accounts and will be based in our Irvine office. This will include market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, distribution and achievement of customer acquisition and revenue goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in software sales, some experience selling a SaaS product preferred
- 4+ years in a leadership role, managing Enterprise Sales reps
- 5+ years in a senior client sales management role for an enterprise software or SaaS company
1-2 years exp with SAP/Oracle/Microsoft license sales
- ERP Sales experience is must; Preferably SAP (will consider Oracle too)
- A track record of performance excellence meeting and exceeding targets and objectives
- Experience developing and executing tactical sales plans, which include quotas, and account objectives
- Respectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivate staff to exceed expectations
- Prior success attracting, hiring and managing top talent
- University degree preferred.
